History　　
Jul. 1988 KDD set up its liaison office in Indonesia.
Feb. 2000 PT. KDD INDONESIA was established as 99.58% subsidiary of KDD Singapore, 0.42% subsidiary of KDD Corporation.
Oct. 2000 Emergence of KDDI with the merger of KDD, DDI and IDO in Japan.
Jul. 2001 PT. KDD INDONESIA changed its name to PT. KDDI INDONESIA.

KDDI provides end-to-end integrated management and seamless IP network services regardless of country boundaries. KDDI operates 24 hours a day, 365 days a year for failure support and offers Japanese and English language support for overseas trouble shooting.

  Highly secured and reliable network offered by MPLS(*1)
This high quality service is available through high speed switching that recognizes the destination only with labels. This is different from the conventional IP packets transmission in the network. In addition, various optional services offer quality, reliability and priority control. Quality is guaranteed through SLA (*2), reliability is improved via multi-homing and BGP (*3) and priority control is achieved through QoS.

We have an excellent backup system secured with route diversity which provides redundancy in transmission cable (cable restoration) and multiple cable routes.
