HIBUN AE Information Cypher

The data encryption function prevents information leakage to third parties even in the event that your Mobile PC or media is stolen or lost.

Drive Encryption

Company PC and Mobile PC are encrypted.
Users just need to log on to Windows once to read the encrypted data.
They do not have to be conscious of the encryption / decryption.

Media Encryption

HIBUN automatically encrypts data that is saved in the formatted media.
Users can easily retrieve or use data in the organization as data in the encrypted media will be automatically encrypted or decrypted.
Data cannot be read or used outside the organization.

File Encryption

Files are encrypted by setting passwords.
A password is required to decrypt and read the data.
HIBUN software is not required in the decrypting side computer.

The administrator can configure the taking out and access authority of data for each user to prevent information leakage retrieval from the client PC.

Security policy settings can be configured for each user or group.

Control function for taking out

This function controls for taking out of data to external media, external hard disk, CD / DVD, printing, network drive and mail (optional product).

Temporary permission for taking out

Taking out prohibition can be temporarily cancelled if necessary.
* Temporary permission is also possible through the lending of authentication devices (USB key).

Obtaining the taking out log

The taking out log of data and the log of unauthorized taking out operation of data can be acquired.

HIBUN AE Server

This feature achieves sophisticated user / file / log management without information leakage and supports corporate security measures.

User management function

User security policies can be set in user or group units.

Encryption of shared files

Data in the file server is encrypted and access control can be set in folder unit.

Obtaining access log

The access log is obtained and is sent and saved automatically to the HIBUN AE Log Server.
