Job Description

Job Requirement

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as System Engineer
  • Polytechnic / University and/or Professional Qualifications
  • Has experience of maintenance/Installation for Server,
    Network Equipment ( Router, Firewall, Switch and etc.)/ LAN/WAN
  • Has experience in Managed Service, Vendor Control
  • CCNP will be added advantage
  • Good communication skill for coordination with Customers, Vendors and colleagues

SALES ADMINISTRATION EXECUTIVE

Job Description

  • Update and manage customer database
  • Update and manage sales project list status
  • Update of sales results and actual figures
  • Compilation of sales documents (eg. TRICK paper, sales reports, etc)
  • Provide support for preparation of sales quotations
  • Filing and management of contracts for sales department
  • Prepare and submit reimbursements/claims to Accounts department
  • Handling sales calls and general enquiries from customers
  • Handle visiting customers
  • Other sales related tasks as assigned by management

Job Requirement

  • At least 2-3years of Sales Administration and Sales Support working experience
  • Japanese natives only
  • Candidates with working experience in Singapore preferred
  • Degree/Diploma or equivalent
  • Japanese and Business Level English (both speaking and writing)
  • Microsoft office skills such as Excel, & Word

Sales Account Manager

Job Description

  • Manage existing accounts and obtain new customers
  • Assess and understand each client’s ICT requirements and plans
  • Formulate Sales Action Plan to aggressively meet or exceed annual Sales Quota
  • Propose solutions for customers Telco or IT related needs
  • Manage all stages of the sales cycle including developing leads through cold-calling, qualifying
    prospects, customized proposal development with technical teams, contract negotiation with
    customers, overseeing smooth projectimplementation together with Project Manager and
    collection of payment from customers
  • Follow through with all internal post-sales processes, including submission of paperwork for order
    processing, coordinating various stakeholders to ensure services are implemented correctly and on
    the committed RFS date
  • Handle any other post-sales issues such as billing queries, circuit outages etc
  • Provide an exceptional customer experience for prospects and clients to develop long-term business
    opportunities
  • Forecast business as required by management in order to ascertain demand for products
    and services
  • Provide competitive market feedback on a regular basis in order to ensure that the
    company’s products and services remain competitive in the marketplace

Job Requirement

  • Candidate must be a degree holder or higher with at least 3 years experience in Account Management
    in the Telco Industry
  • Candidates with experience in the Financial and Pharmaceutical industry will be at an advantage
  • Candidate must have excellent sales track record with enterprise customers and be experienced in
    selling Telco and IT services
  • Candidates possessing good sales track record with MNCs will have an added advantage
  • Candidates must be self driven, energetic, resourceful and creative
  • Candidates must be able to project a strong and positive image for the company
  • Candidates must be able to deliver professional sales presentations, proposals and reports
  • Candidates must possess good team work and be good at managing virtual teams to achieve sales goals
